- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆November 23, 2019, by Breana HaagI came in to activate a new phone and buy some accessories for it, a worker told me it would only be a 5-10 minute wait. I waited for about 50 minutes watching people who came in after me get service before I finally got fed up and left. I don't mind waiting a while to be helped but this was ridiculous.
