  Very poor installation. They did not follow industry standards. Instead of using the correct adhesive for the stainless under-mount sink (to be applied where the lip of the sink touches the granite) they used squares of cardboard with general construction adhesive around the edge. Surprisingly, it lasted 4 years. Then my sink started falling out. Luckily I saw it and propped it up with soup cans before it fell and caused a major water leak. I called, they came out, but they wanted to "spit and bubble gum" it like before. I made them leave and had someone else properly reinstall it (after unhooking all the plumbing, cleaning the surfaces, using the right adhesive on a clean surface, waiting 36 hours and then reattaching the plumbing etc). The proper adhesive is not that expensive (10 bucks a tube). It is hard to believe that someone would be willing to lose their reputation to save just a few bucks. Stay away. What other corners did they cut?
