  1 Star only because I can’t do zero. Now that Jason is gone this store is absolutely awful. The new manager is rude and has the customer service skills of a cardboard box. It’s best to avoid here and just go to the GameStop on Loop 288.

  Unreliable. They have canceled pre-orders of mine multiple times and sold items off I reserved. Staff comes off as rude. I highly recommend going to another GameStop location.

  The selection is nice enough, but pay attention! I attempted to buy a used game yesterday, and I noticed a problem. When the associate put the game disc in the case, I saw that the game was pretty messy. I grabbed it and examined it. Sure enough, it was disgusting. It looked as if the back of the disc had been coated in gravy. I worked at GameStop for a while and I know that they shouldn't be buy or selling games in this condition. Now, maybe this policy has changed, but I sure hope not. Paying customers deserve the best you can offer, not someone elses garbage.
