  So my 14yr old went to get me a Christmas present. She selected @ $22 worth of stuff and left the store. Along the way, somehow she managed to lose the receipt. She started to worry that i wasnt going to like what she got, so she wanted to exchange it for something different. Per this company's policy, because she lost the receipt somewhere in the mall, all she could get back was a gift card for half the purchase price of the merchandise. Being 14, she didnt know what to do so she agreed. The gladly took over $11 for my child at Christmas time. I honestly am so angry, that i hope this company goes belly up, and soon! The girl that checked her put was even still there. Absolutely horrific business practice. How does a half refund really deter theft? And why cant you take your own employees word, that she haf checked my daughter out, and that all items were purchased within the last 20 minutes?!?
